When H&M South Africa approached the BTB team to come up with a 70’s inspired story we jumped at the chance to shoot the collection. Our main focus was to give a modern take to the 1970’s approach while showcasing a part of Cape Town with a rich history that not many people know. We chose to shoot in a part of Cape Town Tegan and both I love.

Fabulous Dress Project

I had the honour of being part of the coolest interactive exhibition at Cape Town’s First Thursdays. Celeste Arendse and I had been a part of a collaborative project with laundry detergent brand Skip. We took one dress and stained it multiple times with various notorious food products and conducted a social and design experiment. Skip’s commitment to collaborating with the fashion design community was pushed to new heights with this project, which I will be sharing with you over the next week.

I had the pleasure of filming a digital commercial with TV presenter Katlego Maboe and Actress  Nolly Meje for American Swiss Jewelry South Africa. We sat down to unpack the latest in rose gold jewelry trends. How to wear it, how to layer it and what’s coming up in American Swiss’s range of jewelry this winter. Denim Connects

We are so excited to finally share this shoot with you! MRP invited local creatives and influencers to create a story, using video or imagery,  to show off  their connection with denim. Denim is one of the most worn textures, and one that resonates with me, so I jumped at the chance to be a part of this campaign. We were so busy at the deadline that Tegan and I almost missed out on submitting our piece of art!
