ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FREE?

Returns are permitted for items purchased at full price at no extra charge for main areas only. Baked Collection will cover the cost of courier, however should the area be outlying the courier cost will fall on the customer. 

HOW LONG IS FREE EXCHANGE OR REFUND VALID FOR?

Exchanges for different sizes or refund are valid for 3 days after receipt of purchase only, once 3 days have lapsed the customer is eligible for courier costs to exchange or r

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AFTER 3 DAYS?

In the event of a return after 3 days the customer will be eligible for all door to door courier costs to Baked Collection will not make exchange or refund collections at the post office, we accept door to door courier only. Baked Collection will send you a physical address for the return in the event that the return is made after the 3 day window 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE?

Your refund will be issued via Payfast or EFT within 14 days. Your exchange will be delivered to your door after 14 days. 

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

In ALL cases, the returned item must be in its original condition 

  1. unworn
  2. unused
  3. sellable
  4. with all tags still attached
  5. no make-up stains, or odours.

CAN I EXCHANGE MORE THAN ONCE?

All exchanges will be allowed on one occasion only, you may not exchange more than once so please be sure of your size selection

Baked Collection will not cover the courier cost of multiple exchanges / refund transactions. 

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds will not be facilitated after 30 days of the customer receiving an item

WHAT ABOUT SALE ITEMS?

PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL.  

No returns, exchanges or refunds.

WHAT ABOUT ACCESSORIES AND UNDERWEAR?

NO returns, refunds or exchanges on accessories, underwear or swimwear 

WILL MY SHIPPING FEES BE REFUNDED?

Unfortunately courier and shipping fees will not be refunded

It is the responsibility of the customer to educate themselves on our returns policy prior to purchasing. Baked Collection will not be liable for a customer being unaware of our returns policy.
