Revlon challenged the “Love Squad” to do a day-in-the-life video showing how our different mascara’s suit our daily activities. I decided to make it even more of a challenge by doing that in one minute! Watch the video then come back here to read about a day in my life.

My day always starts off at my laptop, I usually check emails and confirm meetings for the day while sipping on a coffee. If I don’t have any meetings for that day I could stay at my laptop working for hours on blog posts, video ideas, studying the latest trends in tech and fashion or planning my next big career move. in this case I would apply very light makeup just incase I need to step out. The lengthening mascara by Revlon would be my go to here.

If my day has a meeting involved I might apply a tad more mascara, something like the All-in-one mascara to make my lashes pop a bit more. The meeting showed in my video was with my graphic designer discussing some cool projects we are launching in the upcoming year.  I usually have more than one meeting a day, either with on of my commissioned suppliers or with a client. I will always ask one of them to snap a pic of my OOTD to post on instagram.

I often have to rush off to events so I keep a pair of high heels and a change of top in my car boot. I usually amp up my makeup anywhere I can find a mirror, adding an extra coat of mascara, eyeshadow and blusher or bronzer to make my look a little more suited for an evening out and of course, a great selfie!
